The RSC Resume Bank

The Republican Study Committee maintains a resume bank to help RSC member offices connect with qualified job candidates. If you would like to submit a resume, please follow the below instructions:

  1. To submit your resume please email RSC.resume@mail.house.gov.
  1. In the body of the email, include your name and the position you would like to apply for.
  1. Attach a PDF copy of your resume in this format: "LastName_FirstName_Position Seeking". Please specify ONE of the following titles: Chief of Staff, Legislative Director, Legislative Counsel, Legislative Assistant, Legislative Correspondent, Communications Director, Press Secretary, Digital Director, Press Assistant, Director of Operations/Executive Assistant/Scheduler, or Staff Assistant. We currently do not accept resumes for interns or district staff positions. If you are interested in applying for more than one position, please submit a separate resume for each additional position and make sure to label accordingly

Please note: Cover letters are not necessary. We also do not recommend that applicants apply for a director role or other senior position without previous relevant experience. Additionally, the resume bank is not a job placement service. Mass submissions of resumes are not accepted.

After submission, your resume will be placed in a database for RSC member offices to use. They will reach out to you at their own discretion. Please note that submissions that are missing any required information or submitted in an incorrect format will not be distributed to member offices. Resumes that are submitted to the RSC Resume Bank are removed after 6 months.
